Another one done! I can't seem to stop painting these things. XD I really want them to look wise and otherworldly, not necessarily scary. Not sure if that comes across though.

The background in this one is actually a cityscape, but it gets hard to read. The "horns" on the spirit were inspired from the feather horned beetle. Such a unique little critter. ^^
And, as always, Miyazaki is a big inspiration. :D

The horns me gusta :D The little girl, reminds me of.. reminds me of... ;o;
someone~~ ponyo? nuu; I love the slight differences in the spirits o;<
I like this spirit the best, I think :D

very interesting and the spirit is unique. Almost like the childs inner guardian or something. Great storytelling from what I read.
